The Crossroads Hotel and Suites Irving Rooms

Great service awesome staff

The hotel room had multiple cockroaches when I approached the front desk they said they had just sprayed for them. They offered me another room and when I went to that room it also had multiple cockroaches. They did say they would make arrangements to refund my money but I was not happy nor willing to stay there The staff was accommodating.

I was comfortable. Loved the customer service. The 2 ladies at the front desk were super nice and friendly.

They staff was very helpful and there customer service was excellent.

Dirty couch overall everything looked dirty and smelled old

Very countable to get to quiet very sweet staff night and day staff clean rooms very recommendable and the prices are good

Quick easy services..

Well I was in a room I book on first floor do to im disabled can't really climb stairs do to a hip replacement I went in this morning to pay for my room the guy in there said someone had book my room so they had to move me upstairs how to u book a room for someone if someone is already in that room I never heard of that and u moving me to second floor knowing I had hip replacement and foot surgery and I got to climb stairs I have no balance and y'all did not even put me near no elevators at all I don't appreciate that at all never heard of someone booking a room why it's occupied and moving the other person out that was wrong and discrimination to a disabled person

The staff were polite. The location was not far from a lot of different activities.

This was an economical choice for a weekend when hotel rates were higher than normal. The facility was quiet and the rooms secure. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing too old

Some of the staff is very pleasant too talk with.

Nothing the staff is rude accept the black lady she is nice they lie to the customers and racism is real there

I love how I made the reservation online and there was no hassle onsite with the booking. It No security deposit....LOOOOOVE IT!!!

The bed was okay but there was only a sheet for a blanket. I didn't hear any of the neighboring rooms.

Meh i don't like here why did i stay here

Hardwood Floors

My boyfriend and I got updated to the king suite after we went to our regular room because the sheets werent clean and the place was dirty

I liked nothing

No breakfast here location was ok

The price was by far the cheapest in the area. The room was clean, staff in reception check in area were nice.

I liked the cleanliness, location and bed and pull out couch. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs.

Location is fairly good for access to city and DFW.
